Banquet Policy's

Bar Policy

All bar transactions will be cash bar or open bar with prior arrangement. A 15% tip will be added to open bar amount. Bar bill must be paid at the end of the event.

Deposit

A $500 deposit is required to confirm the event date. Deposit is fully refundable up to 120 days prior to the event. 50% refundable 60 days prior. Non-refundable less than 60 days.

Final Dinner Count

The final count of attendees is due 10 days prior to scheduled event along with menu selections. You will be billed for the final count plus any extras.

Final Payment

Payable the day of the event unless prior credit arrangements have been approved.

Dance Floor

The dance floor is portable and can be set up in the bar area, dining room or on the main level. If on main level, an additional charge of $100 will be added.

100 Person Minimum

Prices are based on a minimum amount of 100 attendees. An additional charge of $3.00/person will be added to the buffet cost for groups under 100. Minimum may be waived by Norway Mountain.
